Understand the Customer Experience Improvement Program
If you participate in the program, NVivo will collect information about your usage of the software and send this to QSR electronically. This information includes details such as how often you use particular features within NVivo, how quickly the software responds and what kind of computer equipment you are using.
No personal details or project data are sent, and the information sent is not personally identifiable as being yours. This information is not used for marketing purposes or communicated to any other company.

Participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program

Choose NVivo > Preferences, click General and then select the Participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program check box.
NOTE When you first launch NVivo, you are prompted to enter your username and initials. On this screen, you can also choose whether or not to participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program. If you do not want to participate, you should clear the check box.
Stop participating in the Customer Experience Improvement Program

Choose NVivo > Preferences, click General and then clear the Participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program check box.
