Set NVivo preferences
You can set options and preferences for working with NVivo—for example, the number of coding stripes displayed by default when you show coding stripes in sources and nodes.
NVivo preferences are 'user specific'—your preferences may differ from those set by another user on the same computer.
What do you want to do?
View or change NVivo preferences

Choose NVivo > Preferences.
Preference tabs appear at the top of the window—click a tab to view or change the preferences on a pane.
If you make changes to your preferences, make sure you click Apply before switching to another pane (unapplied changes are discarded when you switch panes).
To discard the changes you have made on the current pane, click Revert.
